Stage I: Initial Consultation and Discovery

The first step in our interior design process is to schedule an initial consultation where we get to know you and your project requirements. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, budget, and timeline. We’ll also take the time to understand your lifestyle, functional needs, and any specific challenges or concerns you may have.

Stage II: Concept Development and Design Proposal

Following the initial consultation, we’ll develop a comprehensive design proposal outlining our proposed concepts, scope of work, and estimated costs. This proposal will include mood boards, textures, and color palettes to help visualize our ideas and ensure we’re aligned with your vision. We’ll collaborate closely with you to refine the design concept until it accurately reflects your style and meets your needs.

Stage III: Design Development and Planning

Once the design concept is approved, we’ll begin the planning phase. This includes measuring your space and creating a to-scale 3D mockup. We’ll create a list of pieces to procure and write up any proposed sub-contractor work.

Stage IV: Furniture Curation and Sub-Contractor Management

When you’re happy with your mock-up, we’ll begin to source furniture within your budget. We work closely with local vendors, artisans, and craftsmen to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship for your project. Throughout this phase, we’ll keep you informed and involved, seeking your input and feedback every step of the way.

Stage V: Implementation and Execution

With the design finalized, it’s time to bring your vision to life! Our experienced team can manage all aspects of the implementation process, from coordinating deliveries and installations to overseeing construction and renovations. We’ll handle all the logistics to ensure a smooth and seamless execution, keeping you updated on progress and addressing any issues that may arise. Our goal is to create a stress-free experience for you while delivering exceptional results.

Stage VI: Project Completion

As we near the completion of your project, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is perfect and meets our rigorous standards of excellence. Our team will provide guidance on how to care for and maintain your new furnishings and finishes, and we’ll address any remaining questions or concerns you may have.

Our pricing model is built on transparency. We provide an upfront design cost so you know exactly what to expect going into your project. With our commission-free approach, our focus remains solely on meeting your needs, not upselling. Additional services beyond the design, such as subcontractor management, managing deliveries, and staging, are billed at an hourly rate.
